EC Declarations of Conformity

Pursuant to the Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC, manufacturers and importer's must issue an EC Declaration of Conformity for toy products imported into the EU after the 11th July 2011.
Crayola EC Declarations are issued based on holding a complete technical file in accordance with the Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC Chapter 1V Conformity Assessment and Part 111 of Annex 11 Directive 88/378/EEC.
